Synopsis: A movie where a girl named Meena( Meena Kumari) lives with her father's brother and his wife. Meena starts taking interviews of the guys once she meets them n falls in love with a guy named Manohar(Shammi Kapoor) and decides to get married to him. But her uncle and aunty are not ready for her this proposal and they ask her to meet a guy with whom her dad had fixed her marriage with during her childhood named Sundar(Kishore Kumar), who wants to live a bachelorhood life but has agreed to meet Meena as his mother convinces him. Meena(Meena Kumari) agrees to meet Sundar(Kishore Kumar) but does not assure of getting married to him. Who will Meena(Meena Kumari) choose to be her life partner? Will it be Manohar(Shammi Kapoor) or will it be Sundar(Kishore Kumar)?
